El cineasta mexicano Guillermo Arriaga impartirá una conferencia magistral el próximo 15 de abril, como parte del Segundo Encuentro Aires: Retos del Espectáculo en México.

El espectáculo tributo que el Cirque du Soleil rendirá al fallecido cantante Michael Jackson, “The inmortal world tour”, tendrá su estreno el próximo 2 de octubre en Montreal, Canadá.
Asimismo, realizará una gira por 46 ciudades de Estados Unidos, entre ellas, Las Vegas, que tendrá el espectáculo en corta temporada del 3 al 29 de diciembre de este año. Posteriormente se anunciará el lugar donde el “show” se presentará de manera permanente en Las Vegas.

ENLAZaRTE y tradiciones es un evento “multi-cultural y versátil” que se crea a partir de la necesidad de recaudar fondos para apoyar a la asociación Enlazando Tradiciones (www.enlazandotradiciones.com.mx), la cual se ha encargado por varios años a la preservación de la cultura ancestral mexicana. Por un lado, la tarea del grupo es la de esparcir las tradiciones por medio de distintas expresiones artísticas como la danza, y por otra parte a través del apoyo y hermanamiento con comunidades indígenas como la Wixarika (Huichol), Ñañú (Otomí), y Raramuri (Tarahumara).
Este próximo 27 de marzo, alrededor de las 18:00 horas en la Plaza Juárez (Plaza municipal de San Pedro), el grupo tendrá una “presentación – fiesta” con el fin de involucrar la mayor cantidad de gente posible en la recaudación de apoyos (físicos y monetarios) para la comunidad Wixarica. El evento será gratuito y contará con la presencia de alredor de 40 artistas, y actos de distinta índole, como presentaciones de Danza Azteca, Performance, Batucada, Malabares, Fuego y proyección de imágenes sobre la cultura Huichola y el trabajo realizado por el grupo Enlazando Tradiciones.
